how do i rsvp?

when should I arrive in florence?

The wedding festivities will kick off with the welcome reception on saturday june 18 at 6:30 in the evening. We recommend arriving saturday afternoon in order to attend the reception

where should I stay?

we recommend you book your stay in the florence city center. Busses will pick up and drop off for the wedding in the city center.

If you are staying outside of the city center, we recommend asking your hotel to assist with booking transportation to the venue. We will have a taxi caller available at the welcome reception and wedding to assist with your transportation home.

what if i can’t attend one of the events?

No worries! we ask that you RSvp for the welcome reception and brunch so we can get an idea of who will be joining us but those events are completely optional.

will there be transportation to the wedding venue?

Yes! there will be transportation available to and from the wedding from the florence city center.

What time is the transportation Pickup

The Bus will be picking up guests at 4:00 pm. If you miss the bus, you can grab a taxi in front of the hardrock cafe.

can i bring a date?

If your invitations says “and guest,” then yes, if not, its just you.

What is the recommended attire for the wedding?

formal attire is requested. the wedding will be taking place on gravel in the italian garden and the reception will be on the lawn, so please keep that in mind when you are picking out your shoes. We recommend formal but weather appropriate dresses for women and suits for men. It could potentially be warm!

what is the Recommended attire for the welcome reception?

dressy casual is recommended. Sun dresses for women and button up shirts for men.

how can i meet up with other guests in florence?

we created a whatsapp group so we all can communicate when we arrive in florence! We will also send updates in the group through out the weekend. Make sure you have the app downloaded and we will add you all as we get closer to the wedding.
